EMC Express Care is a multidisciplinary urgent care center proudly serving the communities of Keller, Colleyville, Southlake, North Richland Hills, Ft. Worth, Euless, and Westlake, Texas.
Our walk-in clinic in North Richland Hills, Texas is open every day from 10 am to 8 pm, providing quick care for your nonemergency medical needs. Whether you or a loved one need urgent care treatment for a sinus infection or the flu, a physical examination, treatment for a minor injury, or other urgent but non-life threatening condition, EMC Express Care is nearby and can respond to your medical needs quickly and effectively.
Low Wait Times and No Appointment Necessary
No appointment is necessary, and our wait times are low. Typically, we can see you within 10 minutes, which means you’ll receive the care you need and be on your way back home within an hour.
We’re well equipped with an on-site lab and X-ray. We can help you with adult and adolescent immunizations, school physicals, drug screening, suturing, splinting, and acute treatment of injuries and infections. In addition to our trauma room, we have specialized rooms for individualized pediatric, orthopedic, ENT (ear, nose and throat), OB/GYN, and trauma care.

Another advantage of our urgent care clinic services is that we’re an affordable option for self-pay patients. We also accept Medicare, and most private insurance plans, and we offer an Employee Care Plan.
