Keep Yourself Hydrated
Sweating regulates your body temperature, but your temperature will rise if you are unable to replenish what you lost in regards to fluids. Drinking enough water will keep your body hydrated and help maintain normal body temperature so you can prevent having a heat stroke.
Choose Light and Loose-Fitting Clothes
Loose clothes allow air to pass through, speeding up the evaporation of your sweat. Light-colored clothing also reflects the sun’s rays away from you.
Perform Physical Activities During Cooler Parts of the Day
If you can, schedule outdoor work or exercise during the coolest times of the day (early morning or evening). However, if this is not possible, be sure to drink a lot of fluids and take frequent breaks in cool spaces.
